EcoFlow Australia Deals & Offers

1. Campaign Period and Eligibility
1.1 The Halloween Power Sale (“Campaign”) runs from 12:00 am AEDT on 19 October 2026 to 11:59 pm AEDT on 1 November 2026 through the EcoFlow Australia online store.
1.2 Offers apply to eligible retail orders placed through the EcoFlow Australia online store for delivery within Australia. Orders placed through third-party retailers, marketplaces, wholesalers or distributors are not eligible.
1.3 All prices and spend thresholds are in Australian dollars and include GST.
2. Sale Prices
2.1 “Up to 50% Off” applies to selected eligible products or configurations only. It does not mean every product or bundle is discounted by 50%.
2.2 The price and any advertised discount for each eligible product or configuration are shown on its product listing. Offers are subject to availability.
3. Member Bundle Prices
3.1 Member Bundle prices apply only to the following combinations where a member price is displayed:
DELTA 3 Max Plus + Alternator Charger Plus 1000
DELTA Pro + 400W Lightweight Solar Panel
DELTA Pro 3 + DELTA Pro 3 Extra Battery
3.2 Customers must be registered EcoFlow members to receive the applicable Member Bundle price. An eligible Member Bundle price may be combined with one eligible coupon from the A$500 Coupon Pack.
3.3 Membership is not required to subscribe to marketing emails or receive an eligible Coupon Pack.
4. FREE EcoFlow Handheld Fan
4.1 An order with a qualifying paid amount of A$1,999 or more receives one FREE EcoFlow Handheld Fan, valued at A$149, while gift stock lasts.
4.2 The qualifying paid amount is the amount paid for the order, including GST, after applicable discounts, coupons and EcoCredits have been deducted. The value of any free gift does not count towards the threshold. Separate orders cannot be combined to meet the threshold.
4.3 The Handheld Fan is automatically added to the cart when the order qualifies and gift stock is available. Customers should check that it appears in the cart before placing the order.
4.4 The Handheld Fan is limited to 50 units and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each qualifying order may receive one Handheld Fan.
4.5 If the qualifying order is fully returned and refunded, the Handheld Fan must also be returned. If a partial return or refund reduces the retained order’s qualifying paid amount below A$1,999, the Handheld Fan must be returned.
5. FREE EcoFlow XT60 Series Cable Extension Kit with Solar Bundles
5.1 An order containing an eligible Solar Bundle during the Campaign receives one FREE EcoFlow XT60 Series Cable Extension Kit per order, while gift stock lasts.
5.2 The Cable Extension Kit is automatically added to the cart when the order qualifies and gift stock is available. Customers should check that it appears in the cart before placing the order.
5.3 If the same order also meets the Handheld Fan requirements in clause 4, it may receive both gifts.
5.4 If the qualifying Solar Bundle is returned for a refund, the Cable Extension Kit must also be returned.
5.5 The Cable Extension Kit offer applies to eligible Solar Bundles shown in the Campaign. The kit is not represented as compatible with every EcoFlow product; customers should check the connections and included components of their chosen bundle.
6. A$500 Coupon Pack
6.1 Eligible new subscribers who sign up for EcoFlow marketing emails during the Campaign receive an A$500 Coupon Pack by email. Each eligible email address may receive one pack. Existing subscribers are not eligible for an additional pack by submitting the same address again.
6.2 The pack contains three separate coupons:
A$100 off A$799+
A$150 off A$1,999+
A$250 off A$3,099+
6.3 A$500 is the combined face value of the three coupons. It is not a single A$500 discount.
6.4 Each coupon may be used once. Only one coupon may be used per order, and coupons cannot be combined with other coupons or discount codes. An eligible coupon may be used with a Member Bundle price described in clause 3.
6.5 Coupons expire at 11:59 pm AEDT on 1 November 2026. They have no cash value and cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may decide to modify these rules or cancel the promotion at any time. If there is any fraud or abuse related to the promotion, we reserve the right to exclude any customer from the promotion.
- Participants in the sale agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that EcoFlow's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. EcoFlow reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this campaign.
- During the sale promotion, all orders must comply with EcoFlow's purchase agreement and return policy.
The sale promotion is not applicable to wholesale or distributor orders.
- Any unauthorised or fraudulent behaviour will result in the disqualification of participants.
- Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- EcoFlow reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the promotion at any time during the promotion. Any changes will be announced on the EcoFlow official website.
- All prizes in this promotion are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered herein will be handled according to EcoFlow's final interpretation.
- EcoFlow will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.
- EcoFlow will not be responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by any party, including participants, in connection with or arising from any acts or omissions related to this Campaign.
Participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of or in any way connected to this campaign or the participant's entry into the campaign.
