Arrives super quick! but $2000 item left at front door unattended?!?! and no charge/load perform...

Delivery is super fast; but Its infuriating that:
- while trying to order, I was trying to understand the "discount for cash" and your AI chat bot couldn't even help explain that. your website fails to explain it until you're actually in the final stages of the checkout. why mention it on the product page if you're not going to provide any link to further information?
-there's no webaccess page to control these Ecoflow batteries, app only. I can't install apps on my work supplied devices.
-there's no ability to see more than just the last 10 or so seconds of performance history?
-the checkout says Australia Post will be doing the delivery - but refuses to accept my Australia Post secure PO Box address
-we had asked via the order comments to redirect to our PO Box. we were away the whole week and did not want a delivery unattended
- a $2000 parcel was left unattended at our front door, no option to pickup from a protected secured depot instead. a $20 cable from ebay gets more security than you offer

Delta 2 Max : Work in progress

This unit was purchased to provide power to a shed that would be very costly to connect to the mains . It was bundled with the EcoFlow bi face 220w solar panel.

Both units arrived within the original delivery timeframe which was good - though communication from Toll was limited to an email an hour or three before delivery on the day of delivery , an SMS would have been more useful , and a contact number for Toll which was not provided . EcoFlow customer service were very good in providing information on the delivery of the solar panel when I called them .

The Delta 2 Max charged up ( from AC mains) and connected to Bluetooth and wi fi seamlessly , and the firmware update was really smooth. I have not had an opportunity to use it for an extended period of time , but the USB DC power out has charged a couple of devices . AC power out is functional, but there is a glitch / feature in that the display of AC wattage being consumed is not triggered until 40-50 Watts (?) is being pulled , though the time remaining on the battery adjusts when a device is plugged in and switched on , even though the wattage being used stays displayed at zero both on the device and the App. In contrast USB DC wattage is displayed as low as 4W .

The solar panel has yet to be used as it arrived only yesterday slightly damaged and I am waiting on EcoFlow customer services, so a review on how both devices function together will have to wait .
