1. Campaign Period

Promotion Period: From December 16, 2025 (00:00 AEDT) to December 31, 2025 (23:59 AEDT).

Buy More, Get More free gift offer applies to qualifying purchases during the Campaign Period.

Customers who reach the spending thresholds in a single order (after discounts, excluding shipping fees) will receive the corresponding free gift, while stocks last.

During the Promotional Period only, a tiered “Buy More, Get More” free gift incentive for qualifying purchases is also offered. Customers who meet the specified spending thresholds in a single order (after any product discounts, excluding any shipping fees) will receive a free bonus gift item, while stocks last. The gift tiers are as follows:

• - Spend AUD 1,300+ in a single order: Receive one FREE Camping lantern (7200mAh)
• - Spend AUD 2,000+in a single order: Get FREE one RAPID Magnetic Power Bank (5,000mAh)
• - Spend AUD 3,500+in a single order: Receive one 100W Flexible Solar Panel
• - Spend AUD 4,800+in a single order: Receive one RIVER 2 Portable Power Station
  
• - Each order that qualifies will receive one (1) free gift corresponding to the highest spending tier reached on that order. Gift tiers do not stack; for example, an order of $4,800+ will receive Gift D only (not Gift B or C as well). Similarly, an order over $3,500 (but below $4,800) will receive the Gift C specified for the $3,500 tier, not multiple gifts.
• - All free gifts are available while stocks last. Gift supply is limited, and gifts are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the allocated stock of a particular gift is exhausted, that gift offer may end and no substitute gift or cash equivalent will be provided. EcoFlow will make reasonable efforts to update the website or inform customers when a gift has run out. No rainchecks or future entitlements will be issued for free gifts if stock is depleted.
• - customers must pay the standard promotional price (without an extra coupon discount) to qualify for the free gift tiers. (i.e. the coupons earned during the Black Friday Sale via Subscription or Member activities).
  

2. Shipping & Delivery: The estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, but potential delays may occur due to weather, logistics, or other unforeseen factors. If your order contains multiple items, your packages may be shipped separately and handled by different logistics providers.

3. General Terms & Disclaimers: By participating in this campaign, participants agree to release and discharge EcoFlow from any liabilities and claims — including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity — arising out of or in any way connected to this campaign or participation in it.

Participants further agree to release and discharge any third parties related to or connected with this campaign from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other causes of action. By joining this campaign, participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless EcoFlow and its group of companies, including officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, from any losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to this campaign.

EcoFlow reserves the right to disqualify participants who engage in fraudulent, misleading, or improper participation methods without prior notice and may pursue legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.
